Shrimp with vegetables

Quick & healthy meal


1/2 cup chopped cucumber 1/2 chopped mango and avocado 1 cup of fruit of your choice 1 sliced tomato 1 cup cooked shrimp 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 tsp red pepper.

How to prepare?

Mix vegetables and shrimp together and dress with lemon juice.
