Steamed Egg better than a boiled egg?


  • 1 Egg.
  • Seasoning such as salt.

Kofta curry

How to prepare:

In a bowl, crack egg & then beat it finely. 

Add salt 7 stir them nicely. 

Take a big pan & pour water in it. 

Add the mixture in the pan & wait for 15 to 20 mins.
