Lemon Honey Water with Ginger

Ingredients:

1 lemon, sliced.
1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced.
1 teaspoon of raw or local honey.
250ml boiling water.

How to prepare?

Place the lemon and ginger slices in a mug. Add the boiling water Add 1 teaspoon of raw or local honey to the mixture,

stir well to ensure that it dissolves. Drink the water while it’s still warm.
