Juicing the fruit from green mango and mixing with water and a sweetener helps to cool down the body and eliminate toxins. This is very beneficial in heat stroke. No wonder! We get mangoes in summers.

Carrot

Carrot is an edible root vegetable that consists of a number of essential nutrients like beta-carotene, vitamin C, B, E and K. It also contains manganese and potassium. They are essential for healthy eyes. It is beneficial for eliminating thread worms. A small dish, ½ to ¾ of a cup of grated carrot taken each morning will quickly clear these worms.

Castor Oil

It is a very effective treatment in extreme cases of constipation. Take 15 ml of castor oil with a glass of water to help relieve constipation. The fatty acids in castor seeds nourish hair and prevent the scalp from drying by retaining moisture.
